Are you a professional, friendly and organised Receptionist looking to join a well-established law firm in the heart of Leeds? We are seeking a Front of House Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our client's business. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to work within a professional legal environment while supporting colleagues across the wider business.

Location: Leeds City Centre (LS1)

Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (37.5 hours per week)

The Role

As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional front of house experience while providing administrative support to the legal team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients, visitors and members of the public in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Managing a busy switchboard and directing calls efficiently
  • Preparing meeting rooms and ensuring they are presented to a high standard
  • Ordering lunches and refreshments for meetings and events
  • Assisting with the organisation and set-up of internal and client events
  • Rearranging meeting room furniture where required (manual handling involved)
  • Providing general administrative support, including data entry and maintaining legal case files
  • Supporting departments across the wider business with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Ensuring the reception area remains tidy, professional and welcoming at all times

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service. You'll ideally have:

  • A minimum of two years' reception or front of house experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone
  • A professional, polished and well-presented appearance
  • A warm, approachable and confident manner
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Good IT skills and the ability to accurately input data
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to support colleagues across the business
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy professional environment
