We’re looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to join a growing business in Maidstone. This is a hands-on in-house recruitment role where you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality hires across the business. This role will suit someone who has worked in internal recruitment, talent acquisition, and is now looking to step into a more embedded, business-facing role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (vacancy briefing through to offer)
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders on workforce planning
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing
  • Conduct screening calls and competency-based interviews
  • Manage interview coordination, feedback, and offer processes
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Maintain accurate records using an ATS / Applicant Tracking System
  • Support onboarding activity and basic recruitment reporting
  • Contribute to improvements in employer branding and recruitment strategy
