Are you an organised, detail-driven marketing professional who enjoys the operational side of marketing? A global leader in educational technology is looking for an International Marketing Executive to provide essential marketing support across our international markets. In this role, your focus will be on the delivery and coordination of marketing activities — ensuring campaigns run smoothly, leads are captured accurately, and marketing systems and processes are maintained effectively. You’ll play a key part in helping the marketing and sales teams operate efficiently by managing the mechanics behind successful campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building, managing, and analysing email marketing campaigns from supplied content
- Scheduling and coordinating social media content across platforms
- Designing basic marketing graphics (e.g., social media banners) and adapting templates as needed
- Editing and adapting pre-written content for use across emails, social posts, and marketing materials
- Monitoring marketing response inboxes, processing leads into the CRM system, and maintaining lead records
- Tracking, analysing, and reporting on key marketing metrics and campaign performance
- Maintaining and updating the email communications calendar
- Supporting the preparation of monthly marketing reports for the management team
- Assisting with projects such as website updates and sales collateral refreshes
- Providing ad hoc marketing support as required
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field)
- Brings some experience within a marketing or operations environment — or strong, relevant transferable skills
- Demonstrates excellent organisation, attention to detail, and responsiveness
- Has good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Salesforce, WordPress, Marketo, or Canva is a plus
- Is motivated, reliable, and thrives in a structured, fast-paced, and technology-driven environment
You’ll be supporting initiatives that help over 18 million students worldwide. If you enjoy making marketing operations run like clockwork, we’d love to hear from you. MUST be able to travel to Brentford, West London (office based 3 days a week) and be available immediately for this temporary role.
