We are supporting a company based just outside of Eastbourne who are recruiting for a HR & Facilities Administrator. This is a full-time position paying up to £28,000 depending on experience. To be successful you must be able to drive with your own transport due to the company location. Hours are 9am - 5.30pm, Monday-Friday. This is fully office-based with the occasional flexibility to work from home.
HR duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Manage and maintain employee records
- Support with induction training and welcome packs, managing the onboarding process
- Organising exit interviews
- Recruitment - advertising vacancies, organising interviews and associated administration
- Provide HR advice to employees
- Minute taking for meetings when required
- Organise training sessions for employees
- Employee Recognition, Milestones and Anniversary management
- Organise and manage employee events
Facilities duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Negotiating contracts with service providers
- Inspecting facilities to meet safety regulations and arranging necessary repairs
- Responsible for regular fire alarm testing, emergency lighting testing and fire extinguisher checks
- Complete risk assessments
- Ordering weekly refreshments
To be successful you must have proven administration experience, coordinating various necessary tasks, ensuring organisation and high levels of communication. CIPD level 3+ would be an advantage but is not essential, although some HR administration knowledge is key.
