We are recruiting for a brilliant organisation in Billericay who are seeking a HR Administrator / HR Coordinator to join them on a temporary basis for roughly three months, working through a backlog of referencing requests.

Duties will include:

  • Conducting and logging Experian checks
  • Updating the database and ensuring that records are compliant
  • Working through the backlog effectively whilst ensuring accuracy

Candidate requirements:

  • Previous experience managing referencing or working within a similar/transferable role such as HR Coordination / Referencing Administrator
  • Ability to stay focused on tasks and manage a high volume of data entry activities
  • Must be able to begin work immediately

Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. Free parking on-site. Hybrid working available. £12.50 per hour.
