HR Coordinator Are you a highly orgainised HR professional, looking to work for a well-established company? We are recruiting for a HR Coordinator to join a company based on the outskirts of Brighton on a full-time basis. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm and paying a salary of £28.5k Per Annum. This is an office-based role with free parking. Duties will include but not be limited to: Managing the HR inbox and responding to emails efficiently Handling safeguarding and online staff training for new starters Onboarding new staff and offboarding leavers, ensuring the process is ran smoothly Supporting managers with staff absences, disagreements, complaints, and grievances Maintaining staff record files, such as references and DBS checks and keeping the HR system up-to-date and following GDPR. Assisting the Director with all administration and planning of staff development activities and training, such as sending out email invites and preparing and coordinating presentations Providing other ad hoc tasks as and when requiredTo be successful for this role, you must be Associate CIPD or equivalent. You must be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and have strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures and employment legislation, as well as proficient in using HR management systems and Microsoft packages.
