HR Advisor – Part-time
Our client based in Chelmsford are seeking a part-time HR Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis.
This role will involve the below duties:
- Creating and posting job descriptions for the business
- Managing recruitment needs for Hiring Managers and assisting with arranging interviews
- Overseeing the on-boarding for new staff
- Supporting with any employee relations cases, should they arise
- Dealing with HR queries throughout the business
- Using the HR system to update and compile data
- Identifying development needs and working closely with the Directors
- Sending of contracts and offer letters
- Monitoring, reviewing and update HR policies to ensure they are inline with current legislation
Candidate requirements:
- Must have 5 year\’s experience within a similar HR Advisor position
- CIPD Level 3
- Positive, proactive and hardworking approach to work
This is a part-time role, working 20-25 hours per week across Monday-Friday
The pro-rata salary is 20k-25k DOE
Office based role, with free parking on-site
