Location: Chiswick

Pay: £13.00p/h (£30,420 salary equivalent)

Hours: 8am to 6pm with 1 hour lunch - fully onsite

Temporary: Immediate start until end of September

We are looking for a professional and personable Host to join a prestigious automotive Centre, providing an exceptional welcome and hospitality experience to every customer who walks through the door. This is a customer-facing hospitality role with some reception responsibilities, so we're particularly interested in candidates who have worked within high-end hotels, hospitality, luxury retail or premium customer service environments.

The role:

  • Meet and warmly welcome customers and visitors
  • Provide a consistently high standard of customer service and hospitality
  • Offer refreshments and ensure guests are comfortable throughout their visit
  • Maintain the presentation of the customer lounge and refreshment areas
  • Keep the coffee station fully stocked and presentable
  • Load and unload the dishwasher and keep kitchen areas clean and tidy
  • Ensure customer-facing areas are consistently maintained to a high standard
  • Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
  • Support the wider team with ad hoc reception and administrative duties
  • Ensure every customer receives a professional and welcoming experience

About you:

  • Professional, warm and naturally hospitable
  • Experienced within hotel reception, hospitality or another high-end customer-facing environment
  • Confident communicating with customers and colleagues
  • Fluent / highly proficient in English
  • Immaculately presented with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working to very high standards
  • Naturally proactive and able to keep themselves occupied during quieter periods
  • Confident answering the telephone and handling basic reception duties
  • Reliable, professional and genuinely passionate about delivering excellent customer service
