Are you an energetic, organised and people-focused person who enjoys being busy? We're looking for a Receptionist / Office Coordinator to join a busy Hammersmith office, supporting a team of up to 150 people. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are quite the same. You'll need to be someone who is proactive, calm under pressure and happy to get stuck in wherever needed.
What you'll be doing:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Collecting visitors from the ground-floor security desk
- Answering calls and taking clear messages
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Arranging catering for meetings and events
- Managing office supplies and keeping the fridge stocked
- Liaising with IT, cleaners and other suppliers
- Assisting with facilities issues
- Arranging building access for new starters
- Ordering couriers and taxis
- Distributing post
- Basic office administration
- Maintaining a professional and secure reception area
We're looking for someone who is:
