Customer Service & Connections Advisor

Location: Cambuslang Hourly rate: £13.29, increasing after 6 months. Job Type: Full-Time, ongoing temporary role

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service & Connections Advisor to join our team in Cambuslang.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and delivering a high standard of customer service.

As the first point of contact for customers, you will manage enquiries, provide support, and ensure a positive experience throughout every interaction.

You will work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
