About the Role
Do you enjoy being on the road, managing your own day, and meeting new people?
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and organised Field Sampling & Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of the company. You will drive a dedicated local route, visit customer properties and commercial sites
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- On the Road: Plan and drive your daily route to collect water samples and deliver them safely to theirlaboratory time.
- Customer Service: Speak with customers at their properties, politely explaining the sampling process and answering any quick questions.
- Hands-on Testing: Perform simple, routine on-site quality tests
- Data & Tech: Complete digital paperwork accurately and log your findings
What You'll Need (Skills & Experience)
- A valid driving licence (Essential).
- Excellent customer service skills-you are polite, helpful, and comfortable speaking to the public.
- Good IT literacy-you are confident using computers, smartphones, or tablets to log data.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills to complete paperwork
