ROLE: Executive Assistant to Investor Relations team – 12 Month FTC Maternity Cover\\n\\nSALARY: £60,000 – £65,000\\n\\nLOCATION: Chelsea, London\\n\\nOffice-Based Monday to Thursday, with the flexibility to work from home on a Friday\\n\\nA prestigious Private Equity firm is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support its Investor Relations and Investment teams during a 12-month maternity cover. This is a fast-paced, highly visible role where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, manage busy calendars, organise events, and coordinate high-level communication with investors, advisors, and portfolio companies.\\n\\nThe ideal candidate will have solid experience supporting Investor Relations or similar functions within financial services, and will be proactive, discreet, and highly organised, with a meticulous eye for detail.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nProvide EA support to a 3-member Investor Relations team and selected investment professionals\\nOrganise and coordinate a high volume of meetings and events\\nPrepare meeting materials, agendas and take minutes\\nBook complex international travel and accommodation\\nManage calendars, schedules, and correspondence\\nMaintain CRM records (DealCloud) and filing systems\\nPrepare investor documents and assist with project work\\nCoordinate internal and external communications\\nProcess expenses and manage invoicing support\\nLiaise with investors, advisors, and EAs across the portfolio \\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\nPrior EA experience within financial services (ideally Investor Relations)\\nOutstanding written and verbal communication skills\\nHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools (Zoom, MS Teams)\\nAbility to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines\\nConfident, professional and proactive in a fast-paced environment\\nStrong attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information\\nCRM experience (e.g., DealCloud) is desirable\\nAdditional languages are a plus, but not essential\\n Benefits: \\n\\n25 days annual leave, plus full closure over the Christmas period\\nPrivate healthcare, dental cover, and income protection insurance\\nLunch provided every Monday; coffee, tea, and snacks available daily \\n\\nHuntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.\\n\\nWe practice a diverse and inclusive recruitment process that ensures equal opportunity for all we work with, irrespective of race, sexual orientation, mental or physical disability, age or gender.
