About the Role

Our client, a well-regarded education provider based in Medway, is seeking an experienced and highly organised Examinations Manager to lead and manage all aspects of the examinations process. This is a pivotal role, ensuring the smooth planning, administration, and delivery of internal and external examinations in line with awarding body and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full examinations cycle, including entries, timetabling, invigilation, and results.
  • Act as the main point of contact for awarding bodies and external agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with JCQ, awarding body and regulatory requirements.
  • Line manage and train examinations and invigilation staff.
  • Oversee access arrangements, special considerations, and exam concessions.
  • Maintain accurate records, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage exam-day logistics and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support senior leaders with reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement.
