Engineer Scheduler

Our client is seeking a Service Administrator/Engineer Scheduler to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration for engineers.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing the diaries of allocated engineers
  2. Monitoring open jobs to ensure engineers are dispatched within the designated timeframes
  3. Managing a changing workload effectively
  4. Liaising with engineers and other team members
