Temporary HR Administrator - DBS checked
Temporary, ASAP start for approximately 3-4 weeks
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Please note, due to the rural location, your own transport is essential
A current DBS on the update service is essential for an immediate start.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a busy HR team on a short-term temporary basis, starting ASAP for around 3-4 weeks.
The role is fast-paced and highly structured, and requires someone who is confident with stakeholder communication and works with a high level of accuracy and detail.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing recruitment paperwork and documentation for new starters
- Posting vacancies, screening applications and arranging interviews
- Processing and reviewing pre-employment checks, including references, right to work and DBS documentation
- General administrative support to the HR Manager
About you:
- Previous experience in an HR or recruitment role is desirable, but not essential
- Strong administration experience is required
- Own transport required due to the location
- A current DBS on the update service is essential for an immediate start
