We're recruiting for an HR Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Dartford, and while HR experience is a bonus, what matters most to them is finding someone with the right attitude, who's organised, adaptable, and a great fit for the team. What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
  • Maintaining and updating employee records and HR systems accurately
  • Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle processes
  • Preparing HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and correspondence
  • Assisting with recruitment administration where needed
  • Being a friendly first point of contact for employee queries
  • Handling information professionally and in line with data protection standards

What We're Looking For

  • HR experience is desirable but not essential - we’re just as interested in your attitude and potential
  • Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and happy to pick up new systems
