We’re recruiting for a Contracts Coordinator to join a successful business based in Maidstone. This is a varied role where you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day coordination and administration of contracts, working closely with customers, suppliers, contractors and internal teams.

The role:
- Coordinate the day-to-day administration of contracts
- Manage contract documentation, variations, purchase orders and related paperwork
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, contractors and internal teams
- Track contract deadlines, renewals, key dates and deliverables
- Keep contract records and databases accurate and up to date
- Support quotations, tenders and other commercial documentation
- Raise and process purchase orders and invoices
- Ensure contractual and commercial requirements are met
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in contracts, commercial administration, contract coordination or a similar role
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- A strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working with financial and contractual documentation
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Proactive and able to work independently
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum
Location: Maidstone, Kent
Contract: Permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday
