Job Description We're recruiting for an HR Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Dartford. Reporting to the Senior HR member of the team, you'll support them with the day-to-day running of the department. Please note: this role is working full-time - Tuesday-Saturday. Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team Maintaining and updating employee records and HR systems accurately Preparing HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and correspondence Assisting with recruitment administration where needed Handling information professionally and in line with data protection standards HR experience is desirable but not essential - we're just as interested in your attitude and potential CIPD Level 3 or an HR/Business degree desirable but not essential Comfortable using Microsoft Office and happy to pick up new systems This is an excellent opportunity for a friendly and adaptable HR professional to become a valued part of a growing team.
