About the Role:
This is a client-facing role focused on managing relationships with trade and retail customers. You'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to post-sale support, while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Provide expert product advice and support throughout the customer journey
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
- Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities
- Handle queries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Prepare quotations, manage follow-ups, and maintain CRM records
