Salary – £12.86 salary equivalent £23,000 (up to £500 bonus) OTE £29,000

We are currently looking for a bubbly, enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and a talent for rapport building. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our students and customers over the phone, providing assistance with their queries.
What the role involves:
- Speaking with students over the phone (not sales-based and not on the phone all day)
- Completing inbound and outbound calls
- Responding to emails and handling administrative tasks
- Providing excellent customer service and support
