About the Role
We're looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, resolving queries, and delivering excellent customer experiences. Working in a hybrid environment, you'll primarily work from home with one day per week in our Maidstone office, giving you the perfect balance of flexibility and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
- Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times
- Maintain and update customer records within internal systems
