A leading and fast-growing education consultancy near Moorgate is looking for a HubSpot CRM Manager β a true HubSpot expert who can take full ownership of the platform. You\βll be responsible for optimising and expanding the company\βs HubSpot ecosystem, including launching a new instance for the Australia/New Zealand market. This is a hands-on role focused on building automation, improving data processes, and empowering teams to get the most from HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot CRM Ownership
Act as the go-to HubSpot specialist across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
Manage and optimise Hubs, workflows, pipelines, automation, and dashboards.
Ensure data accuracy through cleansing, duplication, and compliance best practices.
Champion CRM adoption by training and supporting teams to leverage HubSpot effectively.Automation & Campaign Optimisation
Build, test, and optimise email and membership campaigns within HubSpot.
Design and manage advanced workflows and lead-nurturing automation.
Use analytics to refine campaigns and enhance customer engagement.Reporting & Insight
Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for management visibility.
Analyse CRM data to uncover actionable insights that drive business performance.Projects & Integrations
Lead the setup of a new HubSpot instance for international regions (ANZ).
Manage integrations, API connections, and data migrations.
Support wider business projects and maintain the HubSpot Knowledge Base.About You
4+ years\β experience managing and developing CRMs, with deep expertise in HubSpot.
Strong understanding of automation, workflows, pipelines, and reporting.
Confident working with large datasets, CRM migrations, and cross-functional teams.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and presentation skills.
Experience within a membership or subscription-based business is advantageous.Benefits
