We're recruiting for an organised, professional and personable School Administrator & PA to the Headteacher to join a friendly and supportive school. This is a varied position where you'll play a key role in the smooth running of the school, providing high-level administrative support while acting as the first point of contact for parents, pupils, staff and visitors.
Role- Managing the busy school reception and handling enquiries
- PA support to the Headteacher
- Coordinating Governing Board meetings, agendas and minutes
- Maintaining pupil records and updating school systems
- Supporting school communications, events and trips
- General office administration and day-to-day school operations
- Previous administration or PA experience
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Friendly, professional and approachable
- Able to prioritise a busy workload and work with discretion
- Confident using Microsoft Office
