We're looking for a bright, organised and proactive Office Administrator to become a key part of a small and growing team. This is a varied role with plenty of opportunity to take ownership, get involved across the business and develop your responsibilities as the company continues to grow.

The role:

  • Managing incoming calls and enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records and internal systems
  • Supporting the onboarding of new clients
  • Preparing documents and correspondence
  • Updating client records and case information
  • Liaising with clients, partners and service providers
  • Diary management and scheduling
  • Raising invoices and tracking payments
  • Supporting the Directors with general administration and projects
  • Helping to maintain and improve internal processes

About you:

You'll be organised, switched-on and confident managing a varied workload. You'll have:

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • A proactive, reliable and professional approach
  • The confidence to take ownership and use your initiative

Previous office or administration experience would be beneficial, although attitude and potential are equally important.
