Do you pride yourself on delivering excellent customer service? This could be the next role for you!! The Role: A well established and reputable organisation based in East Grinstead is looking for professional and competent customer focused candidates to join their friendly team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of Club services and products, handling member and non-member enquires and resolving complaints to the required standard. Provide excellent customer service in relation to all product areas via inbound calls, outbound calls, e-mail, WebChat and/or social media as required and ensuring a first-class service is delivered at all times. Skills Required: Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal Previous contact centre/call centre experience Customer focused approach to work Ability to build strong working relationships This is a full time, permanent position working 8:45 – 5.30pm (September – February) and 8:45 – 6pm (March – September) due to the nature of the business.
