A global financial services firm requires a Team Assistant to join their Technology team to support 3 Senior Executives.

The role:

  • Extensive diary management to Senior Executives, prioritising meetings and preparing documentation
  • Organising complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, transport and visas
  • Managing high-level queries and handling sensitive, confidential information
  • Preparing and distributing reports, presentations and meeting papers for Board, Executive and regulatory meetings
  • Overseeing travel, expenses and leave administration for the Management Team
  • Drafting ad-hoc communications and supporting internal information flow
  • Organising departmental meetings, including agenda preparation
  • Supporting on-boarding for senior new starters
  • Providing general administrative support as required

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience supporting a minimum of 3 Directors/Senior Partners essential
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a support position
  • Financial services experience desirable not essential
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced administrative role in a corporate environment
  • Experience interacting effectively with Senior Management
  • Hard-working, reliable and proactive, strong organisation skills
