My Castleford based client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly, fast-paced team. Β£28,500 Monday-Friday fully office based
Key Responsibilities- Deliver excellent customer service via Phone and Email always providing a positive experience.
- Handle orders, returns, complaints, and general enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Investigate and resolve delivery, pricing, invoice, and account queries.
- Manage customer complaints, including late, incorrect, or faulty orders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve complex issues.
- Support the sales team by managing service-related tasks.
- Accurately maintain and update customer records.
- Provide feedback on customer service processes and contribute to improvements.
- Prioritise workload to consistently meet customer expectations and maintain high service standards.
- Ensure all customer and financial information is handled confidentially and securely.
