Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee consignment stock activities, including inventory monitoring, replenishment, contract administration, expiry management, and returns processing.
- Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process, including order entry, delivery coordination, invoicing, and customer data maintenance.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding order status, stock availability, delivery issues, and account queries.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure high service levels.
- Investigate and resolve complaints, returns, and order-related discrepancies.
