We are recruiting for a brilliant organisation in Billericay who are seeking a HR Administrator / HR Coordinator to join them on a temporary basis for roughly three months, working through a backlog of referencing requests.
Duties will include:
- Conducting and logging Experian checks
- Updating the database and ensuring that records are compliant
- Working through the backlog effectively whilst ensuring accuracy
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience managing referencing or working within a similar/transferable role such as HR Coordination / Referencing Administrator
- Ability to stay focused on tasks and manage a high volume of data entry activities
- Must be able to begin work immediately
