What We Do: Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact. Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection. Huntress now secures more than 5M endpoints and 11M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.

What You'll Do: As an Associate Channel Account Manager on the OIS team, you will play a critical role in growing Huntress through our partner ecosystem. You will support a defined cohort of channel partners, helping them uncover new opportunities, expand adoption of the Huntress platform, and strengthen their ability to position Huntress within their customer base. This is not just about driving transactions; it is about building trusted relationships with partners, understanding their business goals, and helping them deliver stronger security outcomes for the organizations they serve. Success in this role comes from your ability to manage a high-volume book of partners, drive consistent engagement, and create momentum for partner-led growth across the Huntress platform. You will work closely with Channel Account Managers, sales engineers, and cross-functional teams to execute targeted plays, support partner enablement, and identify ways to increase platform adoption across OIS solutions. If you are energized by working through partners, creating pipeline, and helping channel relationships grow into long-term strategic value, you will thrive here.

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and manage a defined book of channel partners to identify growth opportunities and drive consistent engagement.
  • Prospect into partner organizations to build relationships with key stakeholders and uncover opportunities for expanded Huntress adoption.
  • Support execution of partner-focused sales plays in collaboration with leadership, and sales engineering.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and partner-facing conversations that clearly communicate the value of Huntress managed security solutions.
  • Help manage the sales cycle for partner-led opportunities, including discovery, value positioning, coordination, and deal progression.
  • Maintain an outcome-obsessed mindset by tracking activity, pipeline progression, and partner engagement to improve performance over time.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure channel partners are enabled, supported, and positioned for success across the OIS portfolio.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • 1+ year of experience in an SDR, channel sales, account management, or similar high-activity sales role.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape and the Huntress product suite.
  • Interest in or experience working with channel partners, MSPs, VARs, or distributor relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of accounts or partners without letting details slip through the cracks.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence leading partner conversations, product/platform positioning, and follow-up.
  • Experience with or strong motivation toward revenue generation, partner growth, and deal support.
  • Unshakeable resilience and the ability to stay focused and proactive in a fast-paced, remote environment.

What We Offer:

  • 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
  • New starter home office set up reimbursement (£398)
  • Generous personal leave entitlements
  • Digital monthly reimbursement (£92)
  • Travel to the US 1-2 times/year for various company events
  • Pension
  • Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth
