Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Senior Executive Assistant, providing hands-on support and ensuring alignment with leadership priorities and company objectives.
- Partner with the Senior Executive Assistant to manage executive schedules, calendars, and meetings, ensuring leaders are organised and operating efficiently.
- Support daily business operations across departments, coordinating tasks and maintaining effective information flow.
- Handle correspondence and documentation—drafting, formatting, and maintaining records to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and logistics, ensuring seamless execution for both internal and external engagements.
- Act as a first point of contact for inquiries, directing communication appropriately and ensuring timely responses.
- Provide administrative support to leadership and team members, assisting with priorities, deadlines, and workflows.
- Contribute to process improvements by working with the Senior Executive Assistant to streamline administrative systems and create scalable efficiencies.
