Are you a highly organised individual with accounts experience, looking to work for a well-established and award-winning company?
This is an exciting new opportunity for an Accounts & Sales Coordinator to join a company based in Loughton on a permanent basis. The hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm and paying a salary of £28k-£32k per annum (DOE). This is a fully office-based role with free parking on-site.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Processing, raising, and approving sale invoices
- Updating documents such as payments and spreadsheets when required
- Maintaining cash-flow reports, ensuring dates and amounts are correct
- Completing daily cash reconciliation and monthly retention reports
- Liaising with the payment department to confirm when payments are made
- Following up with customers and surveyors regarding invoice payments and documentation required
- Responding to email and telephone enquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
- Updating and maintaining the database with supplier details
- Supporting with general office tasks such as filing, scanning and post duties for the accounts department
To be successful for this position, you must have between 1-3 years\’ experience within a similar role, with excellent organisation and communication skills. You must also be confident using different Microsoft packages such as Outlook and Excel and ideally have AAT Level 1 qualification.
