Accounts Assistant
Part-Time: 25 hours per week (flexible days/times, scope to increase hours)

£12-£15 per hour (depending on experience)

I\’m partnering with a growing organisation, who pride themselves on their supportive, friendly team environment. They\’re looking for an Accounts Assistant who\’s reliable, detail-focused, and committed to supporting the team long term. As an Accounts Assistant, you\’ll be involved in a wide range of tasks across accounts and admin, with the chance to grow and develop your skills over time.
The Role
This is a varied role, suited to someone with some accounts experience who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and supporting across different areas. The right person will be committed to staying long-term and will have the opportunity to grow with the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Bank reconciliations
- Supplier and customer account management
- Reconciling accounts (including credit card transactions)
- Client communication regarding invoicing and admin queries
- Revenue reconciliations and month-end support
- Support with management accounts
- Creating and sending invoices
- General admin duties as needed
- Confident picking up the phone and handling client queries
