Compensation Range: £49,200 base with on target earnings at £82,000 plus equity

Huntress wants to add an Account Manager to our quickly growing team in the EMEA region. Account Managers are part of a team at Huntress that plays a critical role in expanding our relationships with our customers and ensuring their success across our platform.

This role will be responsible for driving business efforts toward loyalty, renewals, expansion, satisfaction, and everything else related to customer growth and success. This position will work closely with sales leadership and marketing to devise creative ways to help our customers succeed with Huntress through training, education, and empowerment. This high-impact, high-visibility role will be key in helping the company achieve business goals through customer satisfaction and engagement.

  • Work with customers to be a trusted advisor, delivering solutions that increase end-user satisfaction, Huntress solution adoption, and deliver exceptional quality service
  • Develop creative ways to engage with customers

2+ years of experience in direct customer sales leveraging the VAR & channel ecosystem, ideally focused on mid-market and below

Experience with Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms
