I am recruiting for a temporary Student Information Officer to join a well-established Educational organisation based in Manchester. This fast-paced and exciting organisation is looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good customer service background.
Starting ASAP for 4-6 weeks. Full and part time available:
- Full time: 35 hours a week, 9-5
- Part time: 17.5 hours a week
Responsibilities include:
- Administer the induction and enrolment process for all students
- Receiving and recording eligibility documents
- Administer the process for students who intermit, transfer and withdraw from the course
- Administer the student attendance recording system ensuring that student attendance, absences and class swaps are recorded accurately and the information held is up to date
- Provide administrative support to the Learning Support tutors
- Ensure sufficient stocks of stationery - ordering and replenishing stocks as necessary
- Providing an up to date service to students looking for accommodation
- Keep up-to-date files of all paperwork
- Input and keep records relating to overtime payments for teaching staff, invigilators and visiting lecturers on a monthly basis
