No prior streetworks experience is needed.

If you have a solid background in general office administration, data entry, or customer service, our client will provide full, comprehensive training on the technical parts of the role.

What you will be doing

Processing applications and submitting permits for upcoming roadworks and utility maintenance.

Updating internal databases with accurate timings, locations, and site details.

Liaising with local highway authorities and internal engineering teams to coordinate road space.

Monitoring deadlines to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

Handling general administrative tasks to support the wider scheduling and operations team.

What we are looking for

Strong administrative experience - you are confident handling data entry, emails, and phone calls.

Excellent attention to detail - you spot errors easily and take pride in accurate work.

Good IT skills - you are comfortable picking up new computer systems and software quickly.

A proactive attitude - you thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well in a team.
