Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service and supporting team success? We're looking for a Service Administrator to join our clients growing team and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer experiences, and efficient service delivery.\\n\\nHours – Monday – Friday 8.00 am – 5.00 pm \\n\\nYour key responsibilities:\\n\\nMonitoring outstanding renewals, flagging risks, and following up to ensure deadlines are met\\n\\nOverseeing the smooth transfer of new sites into the Service Department, ensuring clarity and accuracy at every step\\n\\nKeeping contract records, client contacts, and asset registers up to date and accurate\\n\\nTaking ownership of new contract setups, working closely with the Sales Team to review and confirm details\\n\\nRaising purchase orders for subcontractors in line with service and procurement standards\\n\\nChecking and validating contract values, preparing renewal proposals, and sending them out within agreed timeframes\\n\\nOffering support to related areas, including Service Estimation, when required\\n\\nCreating weekly reports to highlight contract performance and emerging trends for Service Team Leaders\\n\\nDelivering complex administrative tasks confidently and independently\\n\\nManaging the administration and handover of renewed contracts to ensure continuity of service\\n\\nHuntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.\\n\\nWe practice a diverse and inclusive recruitment process that ensures equal opportunity for all we work with, irrespective of race, sexual orientation, mental or physical disability, age or gender.
