We are hiring for a Scheduling Administrator, offering a great opportunity to join a busy and supportive team in Bristol on a temp-to-perm basis. Rota between 7am - 7pm, including 1 in 4 weekends.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing staff rotas and scheduling resources to meet demand
  • Monitoring absences, allocating shifts, and adjusting plans as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting payroll data
  • Handling calls, emails, and scheduling queries professionally
  • Supporting the team, resolving issues, and assisting with training
