We are currently recruiting for a reliable and detail‑oriented Sales Administrator to join a busy and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to supporting sales operations and customer service.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (Flexible working hours available). After successful completion of a 2-month probation period, you will have the option to work from home 1 day per week.
Key Responsibilities- Providing administrative support to the sales team and wider business.
- Processing orders, quotations, and customer requests accurately and efficiently.
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Supporting account management and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Assisting with reporting, document preparation, and general office administration.
- Previous experience within sales administration, customer service, or office support.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Confident using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- A proactive and professional approach to work.
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
