We are currently recruiting for a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join a busy and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to supporting sales operations and customer service.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (Flexible working hours available). After successful completion of a 2-month probation period, you will have the option to work from home 1 day per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team and wider business
  • Processing orders, quotations, and customer requests accurately and efficiently
  • Managing customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
  • Supporting account management and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process
  • Assisting with reporting, document preparation, and general office administration
The successful candidate:
  • Previous experience within sales administration, customer service, or office support
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Confident using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • A proactive and professional approach
