We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join a high-profile transformation programme in Hertfordshire. This is a temporary opportunity for 10 months (until March 2027), offering the chance to lead and deliver complex projects within a large, multi-stakeholder environment. This role sits within a major strategic programme and will play a key part in driving delivery, managing risks, and ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams and partner organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment with overall programme objectives and timelines.
- Develop and maintain detailed project and programme plans, identifying dependencies, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Manage programme risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and escalating where appropriate.
- Provide regular reporting on progress, including variance analysis, to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including clinical, operational, and external partners.
- Chair project and programme meetings, facilitating discussions and ensuring actions are progressed.
- Contribute to service redesign, transformation initiatives, and business case development.
- Oversee aspects of programme budget management and ensure value for money.
