We're looking for a highly organised PMO Analyst (Cyber) to join a major organisation in Portsmouth. This is a coordination, governance and reporting-focused role, working across multiple Cyber Security workstreams to make sure remediation actions are tracked, prioritised, reported and progressed through to completion.

You don't need to be a deeply technical cyber specialist. We're particularly interested in people who have strong PMO, project coordination, governance, MI or Cyber Security project experience, who are confident managing actions and stakeholders across a complex environment.

The role

  • Coordinating remediation activity across multiple Cyber Security workstreams.
  • Maintaining action trackers and ensuring actions are progressed within agreed timescales.
  • Producing regular MI, dashboards, KPIs and management reports for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
  • Coordinating actions arising from vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, audits, assurance reviews and other security activity.
  • Chasing and challenging stakeholders where actions are overdue, blocked or require escalation.
  • Supporting risk, exception and action management processes.
  • Helping ensure remediation activity is properly evidenced and closed down.
  • Bringing together technical information and translating it into clear, concise reporting for business stakeholders.

A background in Cyber Security is highly beneficial, particularly experience around vulnerability management, remediation, governance or assurance. This role could suit a Cyber Security Project Co-ordinator, PMO Analyst, Cyber PMO professional, IT Project Co-ordinator or Governance/MI professional looking to work within a Cyber Security environment.
