Maidstone £30,000 + bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting legal documents, contracts, letters, and reports
  • Conducting legal research to support case preparation
  • Managing case files and ensuring all documentation is up to date and accurate
  • Assisting solicitors with casework, including preparing bundles for court
  • Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties on behalf of fee earners
  • Attending meetings with clients and taking minutes or notes
  • Filing applications with courts or government agencies
  • Reviewing and summarising legal documents and evidence
  • Monitoring deadlines and ensuring compliance with legal procedures
  • Supporting fee earners with administrative and procedural tasks
