We\’re looking for an Operations Support Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and coordination support across our service operations team. You\’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing key process handovers, and supporting the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, communication, and seeing projects through from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Coordinate information flow between departments to ensure smooth operational delivery. Maintain and update internal databases, schedules, and documentation with precision. Assist with preparing quotations, proposals, and service schedules for client accounts. Monitor timelines, follow up on outstanding actions, and keep stakeholders informed. Raise purchase orders and track supplier or subcontractor activity when required. Support reporting functions with accurate data collection and regular performance summaries. Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen service efficiency.Skills & Experience Strong background in administration, coordination, or project support.
