We are recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to join a large organisation in Norwich on an initial 6-month contract, with strong potential for extension.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex employee relations casework including absence, performance, grievance and disciplinary
  • Provide expert HR advice and coaching to managers
