We are currently recruiting for a reliable and detail-oriented Key Accounts Administrator to join a busy and growing team based in Rainham. Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to key accounts and the wider business
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
- Processing orders, quotations, and customer requests accurately and efficiently
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
