ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you highly organised, commercially aware, and confident managing contracts from start to finish? We are recruiting on behalf of a successful client based in Maidstone for a proactive and detail-driven Contracts Coordinator to join their team. This is a varied and fast-paced role that will suit someone who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, maintaining accurate documentation, and building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the day-to-day administration and management of contracts
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure contractual requirements are met
- Prepare, review, and maintain contracts, variations, purchase orders, and supporting documentation
- Monitor contract deadlines, renewals, key dates, and deliverables
- Ensure contract records and databases are kept accurate and up to date
- Support the preparation of quotations, tenders, and commercial documentation
- Raise and process purchase orders and invoices in line with company procedures
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience in contract coordination, contract administration, commercial administration, or a similar role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling contractual and financial documentation
- Confident managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
