We are currently recruiting for an experienced Hard FM Supervisor (M&E) to support the delivery of building maintenance services across a varied property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of Hard FM (M&E) maintenance through contractors and supply chain partners.
- Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works to meet deadlines.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Provide technical advice on building services across various sites.
- Support capital projects, minor works, and improvement programmes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and energy‑efficiency standards.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
- Manage budgets and ensure works align with organisational objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and performance data within FM systems.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in Hard FM or building services (M&E).
- Experience managing contractors and maintenance programmes.
- Good knowledge of building compliance, health & safety, and regulations.
- Experience working to budgets and delivering projects on time.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and FM systems.
- Relevant HND/Degree in Building Services, FM, or similar (desirable).
