We are currently recruiting for a Medical Secretary on behalf of our client based in Lincoln. This is a full-time, on-site role offered on a 12-week temporary assignment, with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient appointments, referrals, and clinic schedules.
- Act as first point of contact for patients and external enquiries.
- Prepare and process clinical correspondence and documentation.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Liaise with clinical staff and external providers to support patient care.
- Provide general administrative support to the medical team.
