We're recruiting on behalf of our NHS client for a confident and reliable Administrative Support Assistant to join their Cellular Pathology team on a temporary basis with an immediate start. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting clinical services by ensuring accurate and timely administrative and typing support.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing efficient day-to-day administrative support within a busy NHS department
  • Typing macroscopy and microscopy reports for Cellular Pathology with a high level of accuracy
  • Managing and maintaining patient records, ensuring information is up to date and compliant
  • Supporting clinicians and team members with general administrative duties
  • Preparing and sending professional correspondence and documentation
